SPA POLICIES
We are a small salon and space can be limited. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to come on time and all bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of all store policies listed below.
24HR LATE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
Cancelling or rescheduling appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is $20. This fee will be noted on your account and charged on your next appointment.
TARDINESS
Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate that you will be late more than 5 minutes please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service. All it takes is one client to throw off the salon schedule for the whole day. Therefore, if you arrive late more than 10 minutes, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete service. If no contact was made after 10 min of initial appointment time, appointment will be considered a “No Show” and their allotted time will be open for someone else to book. Continued tardiness will result in a $15 fee added on to your appointment and excessive lateness, we have the right to refuse service.
NO SHOWS
Any no shows who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will no longer be serviced and fired from the salon. Based on salons discretion, client can be serviced again once 100% of the reserved original appointment value is received.
NO KIDS
for your safety and ours, please refrain from bringing children & babies into the salon. unless children are receiving full services and can behave (no running, whining..) please keep them at home. we know it's hard to find time for yourself but keep in mind that the salon is a destination created for clients to come to pamper themselves & truly relax, of course in a kid-free zone.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS. If you are not happy with your nails, we will try to adjust them to your pleasing or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied when you are in the salon. HOWEVER, it is your responsibility to express your discontentment with the services that were done in salon before leaving your appointment. Once you exit the salon, your set is final and you will not receive a refund. On some occasions, we will give the option of an exchange in the form of a gift-card or a free appointment up to the value of the original services received. But, this is not finalized and will be decided on a case by-case basis up to the nail tech’s discretion. As stated above, all deposits are non-refundable.
BOOKING ONLINE
For clients booking online, please make sure of the following
• read IMPORTANT INFO‼️ which can be found on the online booking page under cancellation policy
•entered correct email
•check junk mail inbox for confirmation email
•check email inbox connected to your Facebook/Instagram
Please book for all the services required. When at the salon and being serviced, client getting different/extra services is only allowed based on nail tech’’s discretion and whether if he or she has enough allotted/extra time to do service.
• client must confirm appointment 24 hours ahead or it will be cancelled
Group bookings (2 or more) CANNOT be made under one name, the online booking system does not allow it
Each person needs to make their own account and look for same time slot if they would like to be done at the same time
How long will my nails last?
All depends on your lifestyle and how often you work with your hands. Any job or action with intense manual labour will lead to non lasting set/manicure. On average, our customers have found their nails to last 2-3 weeks, however at times they have lasted up to 6 weeks without any visible damages other than growth. We are not responsible for any chipping, cracking or breaking that occurs once you exit the salon.
Broken nail(s)
At Bonluxe we always try to strive for the best and leaving customers satisfied. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for what happens when you step outside of our door. Nail repair appointments can be made but will be charged.
Gift certificates
The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Any unused balance of the gift certificate can be used on your next appointment. Our salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
PRICING All prices are subject to 13% HST and all prices are subject to change without notice.
Methods of payment
We accept Cash, Debit and Bonluxe Nail Gift Certificates.
We reserve the Right to refuse service to:
•Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services
•Client that no shows, continued tardiness and cancellations
•Rude, mean, or disrespectful people
•Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
•Anyone with a nail condition that we suspect could be contagious
COVID 19
• please wait in your car until appointment time
•We are taking all the precautionary measures possible to disinfect and sterilize the salon and our equipment but we have a NO MASK NO SERVICE POLICY. All clients must wear a mask to be serviced. We are not responsible for providing masks, please bring your own. There are masks available for purchase.
•NO extra company to your appointment (kids, friends, boyfriend etc). Anyone that comes with you will not be allowed to be in waiting areas
• Regular polish services are no longer available at this time
•Please wash hands or sanitize as soon as you walk in, keep your hands on our desk while getting serviced, not inside your purse, not all over your face or phone please! We have the right to refuse anyone who we suspect is ill
Parking
There is plenty of free parking in our large plaza
